Mahindra Lifespace Developers, the real estate and infrastructure development arm of the Mahindra Group, has launched a residential project with an overall gross development value (GDV) of Rs 3,500 crore in Pune, Maharashtra.

Named ‘Mahindra Rivenz’, the project is spread across 13.46 acres in Baner Annex, Mahalunge, Pune. The first phase of the development will comprise 1,236 residential units, offering 2, 3 and 4-bedroom configurations.

The project will feature a large clubhouse and landscaped green spaces spread across more than 2.65 lakh sq ft. Other amenities include a swimming pool, giant swings, stargazing hammocks, gymnasium, badminton and squash courts, pickleball courts, and fitness facilities.

Mahindra Rivenz will also have cycling and jogging tracks, a library with a glass roof and scenic views, and a dedicated children’s play area.

The development is envisaged as a Net Zero Waste project and has received IGBC pre-certification at the Gold level, reflecting its focus on sustainable and responsible residential development.

Vimalendra Singh, Chief Business Officer (Residential), Mahindra Lifespace Developers, said Pune remains an important market for the company’s residential business. He added that Mahindra Rivenz has been designed based on the company’s understanding of the city’s homebuyers and their evolving lifestyle requirements.

The company said the project aims to create residential destinations that cater to changing lifestyle needs while fostering a strong sense of community.
