Aparna Enterprises Limited (AEL), India’s fastest growing building materials manufacturer, announced the entry of its premium aluminium windows and doors brand, Alteza, into the Maharashtra market. Starting with Pune, the company plans to expand its reach across the state, targeting key cities like Nagpur, Kolhapur, Nashik, Aurangabad, and Vidarbha. In the first year of its operations, it aims to capture 5 percent market share in the state.

In Maharashtra, the aluminium windows and doors market is estimated over Rs 600 crore, boasting a national Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) exceeding 20%. Recognising this potential, Alteza has strategically chosen Pune as its launchpad for Maharashtra.
