CPWD floats tender for construction of hospital in IndoreThe Central Public Works Department (CPWD) has floated tender for construction of 300 bed hospital in Indore district of Madhya Pradesh.

The scope of work envisages design and construction of 300 beds (expandable to 500 beds) hospital (G+ six floors + one basement), canteen and rain basera (G + one floor), kitchen gas cylinder store (ground floors only), waste management (ground floor only), mortuary (ground floor only), gas manifold (ground floor only), electrical sub-station (ground floor only), pump room and boundary wall including internal water supply, sanitary installation, drainage, underground sumps, bore wells, rainwater harvesting.

The work also involves EPBX, modular OT, medical gas pipe line, solar PV generator system, sewage treatment plant, effluent treatment plant, bulk electrical services, HVAC, building management system, local area network, mechanical ventilation works, public addressing system etc at ESIC, Nandanagar.

The work will be completed at a cost of Rs 301.84 crore with a completion in 22 months.
