Bangalore, 8th June 2017: Embassy TechVillage and Embassy Manyata Business Park have been awarded Platinum Green Campus certification, the highest green building rating by Indian Green Building Council (IGBC), part of Confederation of Indian Industry at World Environment Day celebrations held at both the parks today.
The two business parks incorporate some of the finest green building features including- sustainable transportation; energy management; water conservation and waste management. This rating enables the Embassy Office Parks to address national priorities including water and energy efficiency, reduction in fossil fuel used in commuting, handling of consumer waste and conserving natural resources. Most importantly, these concepts enhance occupant health, happiness and well-being.
In the green project, basic amenities within the campus to reduce the negative impacts of automobile use are incorporated. Further, outdoor and indoor sports facilities are offered to the occupants. Designated parking and toilets for differently abled are provided near entry of all main buildings.
