The Haryana government will auction around 150 acre of land parcel in Gurugram in pursuit of its plan to invest Rs 4,800 crore in creating infrastructure for a global city.
Phase-I is expected to commence in July 2022. It will also start work on infrastructure, which will include road and Metro connectivity and helipad, among others.
The land available will be of mixed use and there will be both commercial and residential development to follow the walk-to-work concept.
