The Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India (DFCCIL) will construct a multimodal logistics park in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh for cargo handling.
This would be the fourth such mega logistical hub in the state, but the first to be developed by DFCCIL.
It will be the fourth logistical hub in the state for cargo movement. The other three are in Dadri, developed by Container Corporation of India; National Industrial Corridor Development Corporation and Adani group.
DFCCIL has procured 70 ha land in Hathipur, Maharajpur and Tilsaharibujurg villages in Narval tehsil of Kanpur Nagar.
