The Kinjal Group has announced the successful completion of the Nair Dental Hospital project. The inauguration ceremony, held on 18 March 2024, was attended by the Honourable Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Shri Eknath Shinde.
Despite facing significant challenges, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic lockdown period, the Kinjal Group ensured the completion of the project. The hospital, built at a cost of Rs. 132.73 crore, covers an area of 17,720 sq m. It boasts excellent parking with 1 Stilt Parking and 34 Car Parking Spaces, providing a total of 92 spots. Inside, you will find important facilities like a main auditorium, 2 smaller ones, a gym, a yoga hall, a seminar space, a swimming pool, and 174 staff quarters. In addition, the completion of the 11-story building is a significant milestone!
At present the group is executing a Maternity Home project at Malad Malvani, which is expected to be finished by May 2024. Another ongoing project is the Jakhadevi Multispecialty Building in Mumbai.
